Each billiards match will consist of a best-of-three 133 up result, playing off current handicaps, as provided by the Association’s handicappers.

Opposing team captains will list their teams in ascending handicap order and swap lists with their counterpart no later than 6.25 p.m.

The home captain will then nominate the order in which matches are to be played. Three table venues to utilise all tables available for play.

If away teams are running late, communication to the home team must be made advising of such.

In the case of an individual match being forfeited the following procedure must take place –

Player/s will forfeit their match in the order on the scoresheet. If a forfeit is known prior to the scheduled game, then the opposing Team Captain (or Rep) must be advised to minimise player/s turning up with no match to be had.
- If the forfeit is to be snooker, a 2-0 frame score line will be accepted.

- If the forfeit is to be billiards, a 2-0 point’s score line will be accepted.

- The winning player will be affected by normal handicap reduction.

- If a player is named as the forfeiture, his/her handicap will be lifted accordingly.

Dress Code: Players to wear; Collared Shirt/Team Polo, Dark Pants and Dark enclosed footwear.

Tie in final's: In the event of a tie in the finals, the captains will put 1-4 cards down and do a random draw to see what match is not replayed and the 3 remaining are a one frame game meaning you would have a winner once any team has 2 games won. If a venue has 3 tables they are to be all used in this instance.

To play snooker in the finals series a player must play a minimum of four (4) games of snooker during the roster.
